Once  placing a reservation with Christys Limo Events & More, You further expressly authorize the Company to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation.  PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY.  Please complete all links requested and sign and date the authorization form. Please place copies of the credit card and/or identification in the designated areas or on a separate page. Make sure your reservation number or name is legible and then kindly send the scanned agreement to Christy@ChristysLimoAndEvents.com
